Here's the (not so) skinny. I make a lot of ice cream as I develop recipes for a future ice cream business. When I'm not making or "researching" ice cream, I play around on Photoshop and Illustrator as a graphic designer and sell food-centric stationery in my Etsy shop. As an excuse to eat out more, I created and currently run The Collaboreat, a collaborative foodie blogazine. Otherwise, I roadtrip with my husband Josh, collect cookbooks, cook asian food, and snuggle with my two pups, Bernie & Bruce.
